Deposit & Payment:

• Tour price: $9450

• Single Supplement: $725

• Seaview Supplement for 4 nights at Grand Hotel Cabourg: $684 per room

Tour Cost Includes:

• Accommodations including taxes and service charges

• Luggage handling at the hotels but not at the airports

• Welcome Reception at Grand Hotel Cabourg

• (2) dinners at Grand Hotel Cabourg including wine with dinner

• (5) dinners at Château de Canisy including aperitifs and wine with dinner

• Entrances fees and lunches as described in the itinerary

• Motor coach transportation throughout the tour

• Services of a tour manager

• Lectures by Dr. Tom Hatfield

 

The tour price is based on the current US Dollar/Euro exchange rate and is subject to increase based on fluctuation of the US Dollar.

Tour Price Does Not Include:

• Air fare
• Laundry & incidental expenses at the hotels
• Gratuities for the motorcoach driver & tour manager

• Breakfast at the Sheraton Paris CDG hotel

Payment:

• A deposit of $2000 per person is required to reserve a place on Dr. Hatfield's Signature Tour. Full deposits are due by December 1, 2022.

• Final payment is due on March 07, 2022. Payment can be made by credit card or check.

Cancellation:

The deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your place on the tour. Brownell Travel charges a processing fee of $150 for a refund. The final payment is non-refundable. Gay strongly recommends that each tour member purchase Travelex Travel Insurance. Please see the Travel Insurance tab for more information about Travelex Travel Insurance.
