Deposit & Payment:

Tour price: $11,275.00*

Single Supplement: $2,280

 

 

Tour Cost Includes:

  • 4-nights accommodation at The Merrion Hotel, including taxes and service charges

  • 3-nights accommodation at Mount Juliet Manor House, including taxes and service charges

  • Luggage handling at the hotels but not at the airports

  • 6 lunches and 5 dinners - all three courses, wine, water, and coffee

  • Entrances fees as described in the itinerary

  • Motor coach transportation from Dublin Airport throughout the tour

  • Services of a tour manager

  • Lectures by Dr. William Keyse Rudolph and James McDonaugh

 

*The tour price is based on the current US Dollar/Euro exchange rate and is subject to increase based on fluctuation of the US Dollar.

 

 

Tour Price Does Not Include:

  • Air fare

  • Laundry & incidental expenses at the hotels

  • Gratuities for the motorcoach driver & tour manager

 

 

Payment:

  • A deposit of $2000 per person is required to reserve a place on Hidden Treasures of Ireland. Full deposits are due by August 1, 2019.

  • Final payment is due on March 1, 2020. Payment can be made by credit card or check.

 

 

Cancellation:

 

The deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your place on the tour. Brownell Travel charges a processing fee of $150 for a refund. The final payment is non-refundable. Gay strongly recommends that each tour member purchase Travelex Travel Insurance. Please see the Travel Insurance tab for more information about Travelex Travel Insurance.
