The tour price is based on the current US Dollar/Great Britain Pounds exchange rate and is subject to increase based on fluctuation of the US Dollar.

Payment:
A deposit of $2000 per person is required to reserve a place on Dr. Hatfield's Signature Tour. Full deposits are due by November, 2018.
Final payment is due on July 8th, 2019. Payment can be made by credit card or check.
Cancellation:

The deposit is non-refundable unless we fill your place on the tour. Brownell Travel charges a processing fee of $150 for a refund. The final payment is non-refundable. Gay strongly recommends that each tour member purchase Travelex Travel Insurance. Please see the Travel Insurance tab for more information about Travelex Travel Insurance.
